A primary focus of “The Performance Project” is the application of the information through experiential learning and action planning. Here are a few samples of the materials used in “The Performance Project.”

Learning Scouts

Dr. Eliott Masie provided some excellent insights for leaders and managers with a suggestion that they should “appoint five learning scouts.”  One of our experiential exercises identifies potential learning scouts and practices having a meeting with a learning scout in one of the following areas:

  1. Youngest Generation
  2. Retiring Generation
  3. Global
  4. Technology
  5. Faith

Emotional Intelligence

Participants in The Performance Project have an opportunity to complete a self-assessment on Emotional Intelligence.

Social Networking Site

Participants in The Performance Project are invited to join a dedicated “social networking” site:  The Learning Depot:  Performance Project.   In addition to networking with fellow participants, the Learning Depot site contains additional learning opportunities, self-assessments, and discussion forums.
